Cruz highlighted three importent recent rulings from the Supreme Court that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/a-left-wing-bail-fund-hasnt-accounted-for-millions-in-donations-its-democratic-allies-have-nothing-to-say\/\" title=\"A Left-Wing Bail Fund Hasn\u2019t Accounted for Millions in Donations. These decisions include the court&#8217;s allowance for resuming deportations under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, an emergency stay that halted a lower court&#8217;s order to reinstate $65 million in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/supreme-court-gives-trump-first-win-over-teacher-grants-freeze\/\" title=\"... gives Trump first win over teacher grants freeze\">teacher training grants<\/a>, and a ruling that stopped the reinstatement of thousands of federal employees. Cruz celebrated these victories, especially the ruling on the Alien Enemies act, deeming it essential in the face of what he called &#8220;lawless&#8221; district court decisions. He noted how all three of the Supreme Court&rsquo;s decisions were in response to <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">federal district judges seeking<\/a> to stop Trump&rsquo;s vision for the nation.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This is a very, very good development because it&rsquo;s exactly what we talked about: the remedy for lawless decisions by district courts, the best remedy, is the appellate process, and the U.S. Supreme Court,&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/three-supreme-court-victories-against-lawfare-attacking\/id1495601614?i=1000702833154\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Cruz stated on his podcast<\/a>, <em>Verdict with Ted Cruz<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Amy Coney Barrett was one of four justices who sided with Boasberg and voted against the Trump administration.
