In New Mexico, Native Americans make up roughly 10% of the population, according to the Census Bureau.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This bill reflects our deep commitment to ensuring that no Indigenous person is left behind when they go missing. For far too long, Native women and girls have been overlooked, their cases ignored or delayed. Years later, silver alerts for <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">missing elderly persons<\/a> who may have dementia or similar conditions began to be implemented.<\/p>\n<p>California launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/2440683\/california-creates-race-based-missing-persons-alert-system-ebony-alert\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"ebony alert\">ebony alert<\/a> for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/california-creates-race-based-missing-persons-alert-system-ebony-alert\/\" title=\"California introduces &#039;...&#039; ... for race-based ... persons.\">missing black children<\/a> in 2024 after authorizing legislation was passed the prior year.
