Trump officials must now &ldquo;facilitate and effectuate&rdquo; Abrego-Garcia&rsquo;s return by Monday night after they&nbsp;admitted&nbsp;in court filings that his deportation was an &ldquo;administrative error.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In the hearing, however, Reuveni was hesitant about the Trump administration&rsquo;s own case, saying, &ldquo;Our only arguments are jurisdictional. &hellip; He should not have been sent to El Salvador.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>When he was questioned why the&nbsp;United States couldn&rsquo;t ask for Abrego-Garcia&rsquo;s return, Reuveni said, &ldquo;The first thing I did when I got this case on my desk is ask my clients the same question.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In a statement issued on Saturday, Attorney General <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/pam-bondi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Pam Bondi<\/a> suggested Reuveni did not adequately represent the Trump administration.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;At my direction, every Department of Justice attorney is required to zealously advocate on behalf of the United States.
