especially when government bloat isn&rsquo;t weighing it down.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever one may think of capitalism, it&rsquo;s a much better arena for innovation than the government sector. There&rsquo;s just no arguing that.<\/p>\n<p>And Musk&rsquo;s SpaceX might be the perfect crystallization of that contrast.<\/p>\n<p>Just look at what the private startup founded by Musk in 2002 has done in its short existence, compared to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, which has been around since the late 1950s.<\/p>\n<p>While perhaps a bit biased, just look at SpaceX&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacex.com\/mission\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">own documentation<\/a> of its historic achievements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&ldquo;In 2012 our Dragon spacecraft became the first commercial spacecraft to deliver cargo to and from the International Space Station.&rdquo;<\/li>\n<li>&ldquo;And in 2020, SpaceX became the first private company to take humans there as well.&rdquo;<\/li>\n<li>In 2017, &ldquo;SpaceX achieved the world&rsquo;s first reflight of an <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">orbital class rocket&#038;rdquo<\/a>; with its reusable rocket <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacex.com\/vehicles\/falcon-9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Falcon-9<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And there&rsquo;s this historic gem:<\/p>\n<div class=\"firefly-embed\"> <iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"SpaceX Makes History Catching Rocket on Landing\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RYUr-5PYA7s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>That&rsquo;s to say nothing of the sheer frequency and successes of missions launched by SpaceX, which deals with less government red tape.<\/p>\n<p>More recently, SpaceX received quite a bit of national attention simply for being good Samaritans.<\/p>\n<p>Musk and his company helped play a vital role in bringing both of the stranded American astronauts on the International Space Station back home.<\/p>\n<p>While NASA helped in their return, the bulk of the credit went to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/elon-rescue-way-save-astronauts-biden-left-stranded-7-months-1-week-mission-ended\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SpaceX<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And can anyone be blamed for that?
