USDA will not extend the Biden Administration&rsquo;s bloated bureaucracy and will instead focus on a Department that is farmer-first and without a leftist social agenda,&rdquo; the letter said.<\/p>\n<p>As noted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/sports\/trump-admin-freezes-funding-maine-letting-trans-athletes-girls-sports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>, the USDA had earlier issued a temporary funding halt to Maine&rsquo;s public universities while it reviewed Title IX compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Other federal agencies also have Maine&rsquo;s refusal to abide by Title IX under a microscope, which could lead to the loss of more funding.<\/p>\n<p>Republican state Rep. Laurel Libby, who had blown the whistle on Maine&rsquo;s refusal to change its transgender policy, said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-admin-cracks-maine-governor-publicly-defies-transgender-order\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mills<\/a> and fellow Democrats are putting females last.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Gov. Janet Mills and Maine Democrats have chosen to dig their heels in and <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">embrace radical left-wing ideology<\/a> over the safety and rights of Maine women and girls.
