Homan criticized the judge&#8217;s decision as activist and disconnected from the rule of law, asserting that it undermines the purpose of TPS. Homan said. &ldquo;It just doesn&rsquo;t make sense.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You know, I&rsquo;ve been around since 1984,&rdquo; he continued. &ldquo;Temporary protected status is never temporary, and President Trump is gonna do his job by rule of law.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>  Homan used the example of a natural disaster to bolster his point.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If there&rsquo;s a hurricane, and it devastates a part of the country, we&rsquo;ll give them TPS until that country gets back on their feet,&rdquo;
