The legislation, known as the Judicial Relief Clarification Act, seeks to prevent district court judges from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dems-turn-to-activist-judges-to-defy-trump\/\" title=\"Dems Turn To Activist ... To Defy ...\">issuing nationwide injunctions<\/a>, which Grassley argues are unconstitutional and should only apply to the parties involved in a lawsuit. He claims that such injunctions obstruct Trump&#8217;s agenda and believes the issue affects both Democratic and Republican administrations alike.
