DeSantis made these remarks in response to recent legal challenges faced by the Trump administration, for which judges have issued injunctions halting various presidential initiatives. While some proponents of trump, including Elon Musk, have called for impeachment of these judges, DeSantis refrained from going that far but expressed concern over what he sees as an overreach by the judiciary. He argued that the Founding Fathers would have never allowed a district judge to undermine a president&#8217;s ability to fulfill his responsibilities on a nationwide scale.
