\t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Our family is in shock and grieving deeply and we respectfully request privacy as we attempt to navigate through our unspeakable loss.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>As the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/03\/26\/us-news\/family-of-ex-us-attorney-jessica-aber-offers-hint-about-high-profile-prosecutors-cause-of-death\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Post<\/a> noted in a report Wednesday, Aber &ldquo;oversaw the prosecution of former CIA analyst Asif Rahman, who pleaded guilty to leaking top-secret documents about Israel&rsquo;s 2024 strike on Iran.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The leak forced Israel to delay its strike on the country, the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/03\/23\/us-news\/jessica-aber-us-attorney-found-dead-at-43-was-in-charge-of-cases-targeting-cia-leaks-russian-fraud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Post<\/a>&nbsp;reported.<\/p>\n<p>Aber described Rahman&rsquo;s actions as a &ldquo;violation of his oath, his responsibility, and the law,&rdquo; according to the Post, and said the leak &ldquo;placed lives at risk, undermined U.S. foreign relations, and compromised our ability to collect vital intelligence in the future.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>She also directed the prosecution in cases involving money laundering linked to Russia.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2023, after Russia launched its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/russian-general-reportedly-bragged-ease-ukraine-invasion-gets-ultimate-reality-check\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bloody invasion of Ukraine<\/a>, she secured indictments of four members of the Russian military charging them with war crimes against a U.S. citizen in Ukraine, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/jessica-aber-death-2049234\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newsweek<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;These charges reflect that the defendants&rsquo;
