said Dr. Nicole Clark, a neurologist at St. Peter&rsquo;s Health Medical Group in Helena, Montana, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ama-assn.org\/delivering-care\/public-health\/what-doctors-wish-patients-knew-about-impact-caffeine#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Medical Association<\/a>.
