\t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>Prudencio Diaz faces the same charges, as well as an additional charge of not informing another person in a sexual act of his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/aclu-seeks-overturn-law-increases-penalties-prostitutes-sell-services-knowing-hiv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HIV status<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The two men live in the same apartment building in Mexico City, according to news reports.<\/p>\n<p>Both men have had holds for Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed on them.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We take these allegations very seriously and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/republican-congressmans-office-evacuated-after-suspicious-item-is-discovered\/\" title=\"Republican Congressman&#039;s Office Evacuated After &#039;Suspicious&#039; Item Is Discovered\">immediately notified local law enforcement<\/a>,&rdquo; a Royal Caribbean Group representative said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;As this is an ongoing investigation, we have nothing further to  at this time,&rdquo; the representative said.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/news\/local\/2025\/03\/24\/mexico-city-men-accused-of-sexually-victimizing-teen-boy-in-cruise-ship-sauna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WPLG-TV<\/a>, the incident took place in the ship&rsquo;s sauna.<\/p>\n<p>Police said Diaz exposed himself and forced the boy to touch him.<\/p>\n<p>Leal forced the boy to perform a sex act, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Diaz &ldquo;invoked his right to counsel while his alleged partner in crime told authorities that the &lsquo;sexual acts were consensual,&rdquo;
