Win Over the Biden Administration\">district court&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s orders threaten irreparable harm to delicate negotiations with foreign powers on matters concerning national security,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Walker voiced concern about the Boasberg order interfering &ldquo;with an ongoing, partially overseas, national-security operation,&rdquo; according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/03\/26\/us-news\/divided-federal-appeal-court-rules-to-keep-order-blocking-tren-de-aragua-deportation-flights-in-place\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> from the New York Post.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The district court &lsquo;commanded an unprecedented action&rsquo; from the bench: The district judge ordered aircraft to be turned around mid-flight in the middle of this sensitive ongoing national-security operation,&rdquo; he continued.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/deportation-flights-venezuela-resume-trump-admin-plays-hardball\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boasberg<\/a> has been the subject of substantial criticism for his order.<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Brandon Gill, a Republican from Texas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/thank-tx-rep-judge-overruling-trump-set-get-disgraceful-status-less-1-percent-federal-judges-ever\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filed<\/a> articles of impeachment against Boasberg following the decision.<\/p>\n<p>Gill accused him of &ldquo;high crimes and misdemeanors&rdquo; in the form of allegedly pursuing &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/thank-to-tx-rep-judge-overruling-trump-set-to-get-disgraceful-status-less-than-1-percent-of-federal-judges-have-ever-had\/\" title=\"Thank to TX Rep, Judge Over...
