Nathan Wade, even though she previously said their relationship had concluded back in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The U.K.&rsquo;s Daily Mail obtained a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-14535913\/Trump-prosecutors-Fani-Willis-Nathan-Wade-LAX-airport.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">video<\/a>, purportedly filmed on Tuesday, showing the pair dressed in casual clothes and navigating between shops and restaurants at LAX.<\/p>\n<p>Willis had tapped <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/bodycam-footage-fani-willis-shows-daughters-arrest-nathan-wade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wade<\/a> as a &ldquo;special prosecutor&rdquo; with Wade that started in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>But the defense provided evidence of a relationship that preceded that year, with one witness claiming to see them hug and kiss in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The release of the airport video comes one week after Willis was ordered to pay $54,000 in attorney fees over a violation of the Open Records Act in Georgia, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/fani-willis-georgia-open-records-act-violation-8b79847469f33d36f9c37f86940a238d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> from the Associated Press.<\/p>\n<p>Ashleigh Merchant, an attorney representing Roman, asserted that Willis&rsquo; office failed to give them public records.<\/p>\n<p>Fulton County Superior Court Judge Rachel Krause concluded that the lack of compliance with the records law &ldquo;were intentional, not done in good faith, and were substantially groundless and vexatious,&rdquo; per the Associated Press.<\/p>\n<p>She added that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/appeals-court-deals-fatal-blow-fani-willis-trump-prosecution-disqualifies-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Willis<\/a> &ldquo;lacked substantial justification&rdquo; for failing to comply, meaning she had to cover the fees and litigation costs, as well as hand over the files.<\/p>\n<p>Merchant said in a statement that the lawsuit was the final effort to retrieve the documents.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We definitely didn&rsquo;t want to file suit,&rdquo;
