Contamination\">providing high-quality products<\/a> to the people who drink our beverages.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/major-frozen-meal-brands-issue-recalls-wood-like-material\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recall<\/a> only applies to the 12-can packs of Coca-Cola with a UPC code of 0 49000-00634 6 or 0 49000-02890 4, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/lifestyle\/thousands-coca-cola-cans-recalled-over-concerns-about-foreign-object-contamination\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> from Fox Business.<\/p>\n<p>The move was classified as a Class II recall, defined by the FDA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/medical-devices\/postmarket-requirements-devices\/recalls-corrections-and-removals-devices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website<\/a> as a scenario in which &ldquo;use of, or exposure to, a violative product may cause temporary or <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">medically reversible adverse health consequences<\/a> or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s not as severe as a Class I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/massive-ford-recall-hundreds-thousands-cars-risk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recall<\/a>, which happens in situations where &ldquo;there is a reasonable probability&rdquo; that the use of the product will &ldquo;cause serious adverse health consequences or death.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>But it&rsquo;s more severe than a Class III recall, a situation in which &ldquo;use of, or exposure to, a violative product is not likely to cause adverse health consequences.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s not the first time Coca-Cola products have been recalled in recent years.<\/p>\n<p>There were some 2,000 cases of Sprite, Fanta Orange, and Diet Coke <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/check-fridge-2000-cases-coca-cola-products-recalled-due-risk-potential-foreign-material\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recalled<\/a> two years ago by United Packers in Alabama for potential contamination by &ldquo;foreign material.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The decision impacted stores in Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.<\/p>\n<p>That was also a Class II recall.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Coca-Cola Bottling UNITED voluntarily recalled a limited quantity of Fanta Orange, Sprite and Diet Coke in a total of 48 stores,&rdquo;
