For A Forensic Exam Of Dominion Voting Machines\">federal appeals court<\/a> has denied teh Trump administration&#8217;s request to lift a restraining order on its use of the Alien Enemies Act, which aimed to expedite the deportation of alleged Venezuelan gang members. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled 2-1, affirming a lower court&#8217;s temporary restraining order. Judge Karen Henderson,writing for the majority,stated that the court does have jurisdiction to review the president&#8217;s actions regarding the act. This decision follows Trump&#8217;s attempt to invoke the act to bypass existing immigration laws, asserting the need to deport members of the Tren de aragua gang. Bush, wrote an opinion for the panel and deconstructed the Trump administration&rsquo;s argument that the court did not have a say over how a president decides to implement the Alien Enemies Act.<\/p>\n<p>The decision came after Trump signed a proclamation invoking the act this month, which he said gave him the power to bypass all other immigration laws and immediately begin deporting Venezuelan migrants detained in the United States who are alleged members of the transnational Tren de Aragua gang.<\/p>\n<p>Federal authorities flew three planes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/17-alleged-nyc-gang-members-charged-in-major-bust\/\" title=\"17 Alleged NYC ...
