\t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>She was the only employee on her floor who refused to provide a DNA sample, per WCAU.<\/p>\n<p>By Jan. 24, the Lehigh County District Attorney&rsquo;s Office approved a search warrant to obtain a DNA sample from Brown, which was submitted on Jan. 27 for analysis.<\/p>\n<p>The Pennsylvania State Police Forensic DNA Division revealed on March 10 that the DNA recovered from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/white-liberal-mayor-freaks-nooses-park-black-man-put-responds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">noose<\/a> belonged to Brown, and that no other DNA was recovered from the alleged hate symbol.<\/p>\n<p>That sample was found on the outside of the noose as well as in the inner part, which was exposed when the item was untied, according to the Morning Call.<\/p>\n<p>Brown has now been charged with making false reports, a third-degree misdemeanor, and tampering with and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-accused-texas-cop-killer-in-u-s-illegally-says-ice\/\" title=\"EXCLUSIVE: Accused Texas Cop-Killer in U.S. Illegally, Says ICE\">fabricating physical evidence<\/a>, a second-degree misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p>Allentown Mayor Matt Tuerk lauded police for the discovery.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s doubly shocking that an employee would &mdash;
