He cited how many of these deportations are being carried out by suspected members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/education\/3358251\/naacp-and-unions-sue-trump-administration-education-department-executive-order\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">NAACP, UNIONS SUE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION OVER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT EXECUTIVE ORDER<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Earlier this week, the <em>Washington Examiner&rsquo;s<\/em> Byron York assessed that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/immigration\/3356648\/trump-stronger-case-for-deportations-showing-proof-byron-york\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Trump and his administration could sway support in their deportations<\/a> if they successfully prove that they are being carried out on Tren de Aragua members, as well as showing they underwent a thorough process to determine whether these suspects are a part of these gangs.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Department of Justice said Monday night that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3357775\/doj-bondi-invoke-state-secrets-privilege-boasberg-deportation-flights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">it would not disclose additional information about its flights<\/a>. It said doing so would divulge state secrets.
