We do not tolerate dehumanizing or disrespectful language or symbolism in our establishment,&rdquo; the statement continued.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We have a right, by law, to refuse service to anyone who disrupts our business.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>X user Tara Bull, who posted the viral video on X, observed, &ldquo;The people who demand tolerance aren&rsquo;t very tolerant.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>She happens to be correct.<\/p>\n<p>This evidently left-wing establishment prides itself on being so <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/tolerant-left-starts-change-org-petition-fire-conservative-kansas-city-chiefs-kicker-hits-110000\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inclusive<\/a> that it welcomes the tiny percentage of people who claim they are members of the opposite sex, but are not inclusive enough to welcome supporters of the candidate who just won the popular vote.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant&rsquo;s local context makes their apparent conduct even more puzzling.<\/p>\n<p>While Indianapolis is of course more blue than the rest of the state, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-responds-critical-security-breach-jd-vance-reportedly-concerns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> won Indiana with almost 59 percent of the vote last November, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/projects\/election-results-2024\/indiana\/?r=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Associated Press<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Another X user meanwhile claimed that the Chatterbox was indeed practicing &ldquo;discriminatory refusal,&rdquo; meaning their actions could have been illegal.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;As a business owner, you don&rsquo;t have the legal right to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/christian-baker-jack-phillips-prepares-for-return-to-supreme-court-after-refusing-to-make-a-transgender-cake\/\" title=\"Christian baker Jack Phillips readies for Supreme Court return after declining transgender cake order.\">refuse service based<\/a> on religion, skin color, sex, physical conditions not within the customer&rsquo;s control or nationality. If you do so, you are guilty of unlawful discrimination.
