These people weren&rsquo;t given notice. They weren&rsquo;t told where they were going. They were given &mdash; those people on those planes on that Saturday [March 15] and had no opportunity to file habeas or any type of action to challenge the removal under the AEA,&rdquo; Millet continued. &ldquo;What&rsquo;s factually wrong about what I said?&rdquo;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">U.S. Appeals Court for the DC Circuit Judge Patricia Millett: &ldquo;There were planeloads of people. Circuit Court, including Millet, was hearing an appeal brought by the Trump administration seeking to overturn a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nothing-left-to-lose-ca-restaurant-reduced-to-using-generator-after-city-cuts-power-for-defying-health-order\/\" title=\"\u2018Nothing Left To Lose\u2019: CA Restaurant Reduced To Using Generator After City Cuts Power For Defying Health ...\">temporary restraining order issued<\/a> by U.S. District Judge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/articles-impeachment-filed-judge-ordered-trump-admin-comply-restraining-order\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">James Boasberg<\/a> last week. He blocked the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport the alleged <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/armed-tren-de-aragua-thugs-mobbing-border-checkpoints-force-way-inauguration-day-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tren de Aragua<\/a> members.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, Boasberg had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/tom-homan-defiant-response-judge-ordered-deportation-flight-halt-not-gonna-stop-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ordered<\/a> planes carrying the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/17-alleged-nyc-gang-members-charged-in-major-bust\/\" title=\"17 Alleged NYC Gang Members Charged In Major Bust\">alleged gang members<\/a> to be turned around.<\/p>\n<p>The Trump administration <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/03\/17\/us\/politics\/timeline-trump-deportation-flights-el-salvador.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">responded<\/a> by saying the judge&rsquo;s order was not binding until it was in written form, and by then all three planes in question had left the U.S. airspace.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Millet, the three-judge circuit panel reviewing the matter included Judge Justin Walker, whom Trump appointed in 2020, and Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson, appointed to the bench by Republican President George H.W.
