In her lawsuit filed on March 21, she claims that the two-day dilation and evacuation procedure led to a perforated uterus and incomplete removal of the fetal remains, resulting in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-admin-prepares-for-covid-19-shots-for-5-11-year-olds\/\" title=\"Biden Admin Prepares For COVID...19 Shots For 5...11 Year Olds\">long-term physical<\/a> and emotional distress. Although she was eligible for a late-term abortion under Illinois law, Doe experienced significant pain and discomfort post-procedure, which she claims was mishandled by the clinic staff. After failing to find relief through recommended over-the-counter medications, she sought emergency care where doctors discovered a uterine rupture and fetal remains still inside her. The lawsuit accuses Kindle of negligence and emotional distress, stating that his conduct concerning the aftercare and response to her inquiries was unacceptable. She seeks damages for ongoing medical expenses and psychological harm. The case highlights concerns over the abortion industry&#8217;s practices and the protections offered to abortion providers in Illinois.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>An unnamed woman is suing an Illinois abortionist for malpractice after she allegedly suffered from severe and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/abortion-pills-take-center-stage-as-supreme-court-considers-landmark-case\/\" title=\"... Pills Take Center Stage As Supreme Court Considers Landmark Case\">potentially life-threatening complications<\/a> from a late-term abortion at his hands in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>In a legal complaint filed on March 21, &ldquo;Jane Doe&rdquo; claims Keith Reisinger-Kindle of Equity Clinic in Champaign, Illinois performed a two-day dilation and evacuation abortion that, unbeknownst to the woman on the table, perforated her uterus, failed to remove all of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/yes-democrats-and-propaganda-media-support-infanticide\/\" title=\"Yes, Democrats And Propaganda Media Support Infanticide\">dead baby&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s body parts from her body, and left her with &ldquo;irreversible suffering and emotional damages.&rdquo; Kindle, who allegedly did not administer drugs to stop the child&rsquo;s heart in utero, supposedly dismembered the baby alive.<\/p>\n<p>The woman, who was 22 weeks pregnant at the time, was technically eligible for a no-questions-asked late-term abortion due to Illinois&rsquo; radical abortion permissions.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.illinois.gov\/news\/press-release.25906.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">just endorsed the radical expansion of abortion<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">created carve-outs shielding abortionists<\/a> a few months prior to the problematic procedure named in the complaint. Pritzker&rsquo;s sweeping declaration comes in addition to Illinois&rsquo; lack of abortion facility <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kff.org\/womens-health-policy\/state-indicator\/regulations-on-facilities-and-clinicians-providing-abortions\/?currentTimeframe=0&amp;selectedRows=%7B%22states%22:%7B%22illinois%22:%7B%7D%7D%7D&amp;sortModel=%7B%22colId%22:%22Location%22,%22sort%22:%22asc%22%7D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">regulation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, the unnamed woman did not, as outlined in the complaint, escape the physical, emotional, and mental harm known to accompany abortion.<\/p>\n<p>Just one day after Kindle certified that the &ldquo;[p]roducts of conception were visibly inspected and confirmed to be complete,&rdquo; the complaint details, the woman called Equity Clinic twice with complaints of cramping, pressure, and difficulty breathing. She was advised to take over-the-counter pain medicine and a laxative.<\/p>\n<p>It wasn&rsquo;t until April 4, 2023, two days after the abortion was complete and one day after she had taken the medicine suggested by Equity Clinic, that the pained woman sought emergency care. When she arrived at a hospital in the neighboring state of Indiana, the woman was found to be suffering from uterine rupture, had &ldquo;half of a deceased pre-born human being&rdquo; in her pelvis, and &ldquo;pieces of the fetal skull that were adherent to the patient&rsquo;s intestine,&rdquo; according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>The responding surgeon Dr. Stephen Joseph O&rsquo;Neil pressed Kindle on April 5 about the circumstances surrounding the woman&rsquo;s condition but was spurned when the abortionist &ldquo;refused to answer any questions or provide any information &hellip; claiming lack of consent from Plaintiff,&rdquo; the complaint continues.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was allegedly unaware of this exchange, even after discussing her hospital visit with Kindle on the phone the same day. During this same discussion on April 5, the woman asked Kindle about the sex of her aborted baby.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit states that Kindle &ldquo;knew that it was impossible at that point to determine the pre-born child&rsquo;s sex because whatever fetal remains had been removed from Plaintiff had already been discarded,&rdquo; but led her on by promising to &ldquo;look again.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;On April 5, 2023, KINDLE&rsquo;s conduct in telling Plaintiff that he would &lsquo;look again&rsquo; to determine the sex of her pre-born child despite his knowledge that such a determination was at that point forever beyond any person&rsquo;s ability to ascertain, was outrageous, exceeded all bounds of human decency, and is intolerable in a civilized society,&rdquo; the lawsuit states. <\/p>\n<p>The complaint demands a monetary judgment be levied against Kindle and his staff for their &ldquo;medical negligence&rdquo;and &ldquo;infliction of emotional distress&rdquo; in handling Jane Doe&rsquo;s abortion. As a result, the lawsuit states the woman possesses &ldquo;psychiatric damages and physical damages that will affect her ability to carry and deliver children for the rest of her life.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The plaintiff has and will continue to incur medical expenses in treating her emotional injuries, and has and will continue to be unable to attend to her usual and customary affairs of life as a result of her emotional injuries,&rdquo; the complaint continues. <\/p>\n<p>Plenty of women across the U.S. have suffered harm and distress at the hands of the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/06\/prolifers-sue-indiana-for-records-that-reveal-abortionist-atrocities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">surgical <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/20\/amber-thurman-died-from-the-abortion-pill-not-pro-life-laws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chemical<\/a> abortion industry.
