O&rsquo;Donnell&nbsp;explained that she does not plan to return to the U.S. until it&rsquo;s &ldquo;safe.&rdquo; In the meantime, she is pursuing Irish citizenship.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I feel on the verge of crying when I was there when he got elected.
