\t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>At one point, the host asked Homan about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-doj-hits-back-judge-blocks-deportation-flights-demands-answers-5-questions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the recent controversy<\/a> involving U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who on Saturday ordered a departing flight full of terrorists to return to the United States.<\/p>\n<p>More than 250 terrorists were aboard the flights, including gang members of MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, according to the U.K.&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2025\/mar\/16\/deportation-alleged-gang-members-el-salvador\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guardian<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Their rap sheets included kidnapping, sexual abuse of a child, aggravated assault, prostitution, robbery, and aggravated assault of a police officer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/trump-thanks-el-salvador-taking-alleged-gang-members-deported-from-us-we-not-forget\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>Boasberg wanted time to determine the legality of Trump&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/white-house-officials-quick-move-thwarts-obama-appointed-judges-attempt-halt-deportation-illegal-gangsters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mass deportation<\/a> via the Alien Enemies Act.<\/p>\n<div class=\"firefly-embed\"> <iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"JUST IN: Tom Homan Has Extremely Blunt Response To Judge Who Ordered Deportation Flight Halted\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Njn3kLH8tt0?start=108&amp;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; full of terrorists &mdash; and bring them back into the United States, which is ridiculous. And, we didn&rsquo;t do it. Now it&rsquo;s under litigation,&rdquo; Homan said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;But I&rsquo;ve been clear, I&rsquo;ll let DOJ fight it out. I&rsquo;m not a lawyer, I&rsquo;m a cop, so we&rsquo;ll let the lawyers fight it out. But bottom line is, we&rsquo;re not gonna stop doing what we&rsquo;re doing. We&rsquo;re gonna arrest illegal aliens today, we&rsquo;re going to arrest TdA today, we&rsquo;re going to deport TdA today, we&rsquo;re going to deport criminals every single day,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;They&rsquo;re not going to stop us,&rdquo; Homan added. &ldquo;The district court judge isn&rsquo;t going to stop us from making this country safe again. We&rsquo;re going to keep moving forward.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/static.foxnews.com\/foxnews.com\/content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/doj-filing.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a filing<\/a> Wednesday, the Department of Justice accused Boasberg of &ldquo;digressive micromanagement,&rdquo; after he tried stopping the flights.
