It is also a reminder that other Americans are still detained in Afghanistan,&rdquo; said Secretary of State Marco Rubio. &ldquo;President [Donald] Trump will continue his tireless work to free ALL Americans unjustly detained around the world.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>U.S. hostage envoy Adam Boehler met with a delegation, including Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, in the days leading up to the release.
