soldiers.<\/p>\n<p>In so doing, U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes has joined a motley crew of left-wing, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/judge-blocks-trumps-citizenship-order-potus-know-exactly-coming-next\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">activist judges<\/a> who are openly defying Trump&rsquo;s directives in furtherance of his America-First agenda.<\/p>\n<p>In a rambling, 79-page <a href=\"https:\/\/ecf.dcd.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/show_public_doc?2025cv0240-89\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opinion<\/a> granting a preliminary injunction against the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, Reyes slammed Trump&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/pentagon-memo-transgender-troops-identified-within-30-days-separated-military\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">transgender military ban<\/a> as unfair and fueled by animus.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The Military Ban is soaked in animus and dripping with pretext,&rdquo;
