<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/9caDEHr1uy\">pic.twitter.com\/9caDEHr1uy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Libs of TikTok (@libsoftiktok) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/libsoftiktok\/status\/1899872722081243370?\">March 12, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>There is much that can be said about the lunacy of these protesters.<\/p>\n<p>As noted by Libs of TikTok, the account which posted the video on Wednesday via X, an illegal alien lit a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/illegal-immigrant-arrested-connection-womans-nightmarish-nyc-subway-death-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">homeless<\/a> woman on fire in a New York City subway car just a few months ago.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond that very viral incident, ICE has been arresting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ice-sweeps-nyc-immediately-scores-big-win-infamous-suspect-taken-custody\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">criminal<\/a> illegal aliens in the metropolis with charges like kidnapping, assault, and burglary.<\/p>\n<p>Clearly open borders and mass migration has been terrible for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/forced-us-tom-homan-warns-sanctuary-cities-get-exactly-dont-want\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big Apple<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But Homan himself chomping on a Big Apple was the best possible response.<\/p>\n<p>He could have presented the above two cases and thousands more, and the protesters still would not have changed their minds.<\/p>\n<p>They are automatons, merely programmed to consider any basic immigration enforcement as racism, which in the public religion of leftism is a heresy worthy of death.<\/p>\n<p>The absolute last action they would take is hearing Homan&rsquo;s case for having secure borders.<\/p>\n<p>They would at best twist and misrepresent his words, and at worst accuse him of bigotry, xenophobia, and all the rest.<\/p>\n<p>So he chewed his apple and ignored them.<\/p>\n<p>Homan&rsquo;s response is remarkably similar to that of Pierre Poilievre, the Conservative Party leader in Canada who famously dismantled a journalist&rsquo;s line of questioning all while casually devouring an apple.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I knew I liked Pierre Poilievre the first time I saw him take a bite of that apple two years ago. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/v3uYazJaCE\">pic.twitter.com\/v3uYazJaCE<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash;
