She was saved only by her co-host Whoopi Goldberg.<\/p>\n<p>For context, <a href=\"https:\/\/decider.com\/2025\/03\/12\/the-view-whoopi-goldberg-stops-joy-behar-saying-trump-board-elon-musk-rocket\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decider<\/a> reported, the discussion that day centered around Trump&rsquo;s Tuesday afternoon at the White House, which involved Department of Government Efficiency chair and Tesla owner Elon Musk showing the president several Telsa models as they livestreamed via social media platform X.<\/p>\n<p>Trump got in the driver&rsquo;s seat of a Telsa Model S, which he was considering for purchase. Don&rsquo;t do it,&rdquo; Goldberg warned her repeatedly before cutting to commercial to avoid letting Behar finish.<\/p>\n<p>Per Decider, Musk and Space-X had just had their second rocket explosion this year on March 6.<\/p>\n<p>How does &ldquo;The View&rdquo; keep doing this?<\/p>\n<p>On Feb. 27, Behar made the outrageous claim that Musk &mdash; a native of South Africa &mdash; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-joy-behar-forced-humiliate-air-admit-lied-elon-musk-beg-not-sued\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">supported apartheid<\/a>&nbsp;in his home country.<\/p>\n<p>She was then forced clarify and ask Musk not to sue her.<\/p>\n<p>Co-host Sonny Hostin had to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/sunny-hostin-forced-read-legal-note-air-going-far-attack-matt-gaetz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">read a legal notice<\/a> on-air in November about Trump&rsquo;s then-choice for attorney general, Matt Gaetz, after bringing up discredited allegations of child sex abuse against him.<\/p>\n<p>These are novice mistakes.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless of how anyone feels about &ldquo;The View,&rdquo; the co-hosts are veterans in the sense that they are not new to television.<\/p>\n<p>They should be accustomed to curating their statements for a massive audience.<\/p>\n<p>Trump has only been in office two months.
