setting Tesla <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/US\/tesla-vehicles-destroyed-vandalized-musk-began-role-white\/story?id=119677836\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cybertrucks on fire<\/a> at another one in Seattle; firebombing Tesla chargers in South Carolina; and spray-painting &ldquo;Nazi&rdquo; and other words on vehicles and Tesla showroom windows in Colorado.<\/p>\n<p>This is all criminal conduct, not protesting, but MSNBC didn&rsquo;t see it that way.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I can&rsquo;t find a single Democrat in office that has condemned the escalating attacks on Tesla <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/gEKpfNMpM1\">pic.twitter.com\/gEKpfNMpM1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; and examples of &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/unusual_whales\/status\/1899552628067152356\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">domestic terrorism<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Just to be clear, you protest a private company, you are labeled by this administration a domestic terrorist,&rdquo; she said.<\/p>\n<p>Hello, Ms. Menendez. None of the incidents listed above are legitimate protests. If people want to go to dealerships and make their voices heard about what they think of Musk and his work at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fired-feds-given-mere-minutes-clear-government-building-trump-musk-crack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Department of Government of Efficiency<\/a>, go for it. That&rsquo;s the First Amendment.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">MSNBC claims that acts of violence against Tesla, like vandalism or assaults on its facilities, should be considered &ldquo;a form of protest&rdquo; rather than domestic terrorism. Completely unhinged. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/ctKeZuQ4fi\">pic.twitter.com\/ctKeZuQ4fi<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; DeVory Darkins (@devorydarkins) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/devorydarkins\/status\/1899838714018398292?\">March 12, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>They may be escorted off private property, but they can certainly gather, hold up signs, and shout through bullhorns and all the rest near the locations.<\/p>\n<p>MSNBC contributor Tim O&rsquo;Brien, an editor with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-trump-obliterates-bloombergs-editor-chief-hears-roar-crowd-fiery-interview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a>, added to Menendez&rsquo;s reality detachment by saying these so-called protestors had simply offended Musk by their conduct.<\/p>\n<p>Again, these people aren&rsquo;t just saying bad things about Musk.<\/p>\n<p>They are destroying Tesla property and even potentially putting lives at risk by firing rounds into a dealership.<\/p>\n<p>Sorry, that is criminal conduct, and these people deserve to be put in handcuffs and sent to jail.<\/p>\n<p>As Turning Point USA president Charlie Kirk rightly noted on X, &ldquo;MSNBC is engaging in an abhorrent whitewashing of the facts.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">MSNBC is engaging in an abhorrent whitewashing of the facts. He previously <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/atrupar\/status\/1899547545505767607\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">purchased<\/a> a Cybertruck for his granddaughter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-kai-trump-starts-impersonating-granddad-hilarious\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kai<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">&#128680; KAROLINE LEAVITT: &ldquo;The only reason Democrats have changed their minds on Tesla is because Elon Musk changed his mind on Trump.
