Mitch McConnell and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/rand-paul-calls-speaker-mike-johnson-weak-man-spending-deal-revealed-sad-day-america\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rand Paul<\/a>&nbsp;and North Carolina Sen.
