Even though House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) attempted to call for a&nbsp;&ldquo;strong, determined, and dignified Democratic presence in the chamber,&rdquo; not every representative took his words to heart.<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Al Green (D-TX) was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/house\/3339250\/al-green-censured-outburst-trump-joint-address\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">thrown out of the&nbsp;Capitol <\/a>for loudly interrupting Trump as he spoke. Green was ultimately censured for the outburst.
