This disruption occurred \u200cas\u2064 Republicans \u200din the chamber began to boo him and chant &#8220;USA&#8221; in an attempt to drown \u2063him out. <\/p>\n<p>Speaker of the House Mike johnson (R-LA) \u200brepeatedly requested that\u2063 order\u2064 be \u2063maintained, but\u200b after several warnings, \u200dhe\u2062 instructed the sergeant-at-arms to \u200descort Green out.\u2064 As Green was being removed, he continued to voice his protest, \u200dwhich was in response to concerns over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/shapiro-debunking-bidens-covid-lies\/\" title=\"SHAPIRO: Debunking Biden\u2019s COVID Lies\">proposed cuts<\/a> to\u200c Medicaid.After his removal,Green \u200bstated \u200bthat it was important to stand up for those\u200c affected \u2062by such legislation.<\/p>\n<p>The atmosphere during the address was tense, wiht Green\u2019s protest\u200b amidst\u200d other\u200c Democrats \u2064who were seen \u200dholding signs such as &#8220;Save Medicaid&#8221; (Graeme Jennings)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Green, who has repeatedly filed articles of impeachment against Trump, continued to yell as he left while Republicans cheered and laughed.<\/p>\n<p>He told reporters afterward that his statement was in reference to proposed Medicaid cuts.
