He stressed that judges are obligated to\u200b follow the \u2063law, not public opinion, and expressed concern over high-ranking officials threatening the judiciary&#8217;s independence. No one is above the law, including judges,&rdquo; Musk <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1894529307524923512\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"said\">said<\/a> in a post on Feb. 25.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If ANY judge ANYWHERE can block EVERY Presidential order EVERYWHERE, we do NOT have democracy, we have TYRANNY of the JUDICIARY,&rdquo; Musk said in a different <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1894545949973770684\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"post\">post<\/a> the same day.<\/p>\n<p>ABA President William Bay issued a lengthy statement proclaiming that the organization &ldquo;rejects efforts to undermine the courts and the legal profession.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;High-ranking government officials (appointed and elected) have made repeated calls for the impeachment of judges who issue opinions with which the government does not agree. There have been calls to impeach &lsquo;corrupt judges&rsquo; with no effort to produce evidence of the so <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/whitmer-vaults-to-top-of-donor-lists-while-big-gretch-tries-to-promise-loyalty-to-biden-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"Whitmer rises in donor rankings as \u2018Big Gretch\u2019 pledges loyalty to Biden - Washington Examiner\">called &#038;lsquo<\/a>;corruption.&rsquo; These have been directed only at judges who have ruled against the government position,&rdquo; the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;There have now been statements by officials criticizing judges for not following the will of the people.
