Users can submit details about their school or\u200c district, along with \u2062descriptions of potential \u200ddiscriminatory\u200c practices.The department\u2064 emphasizes its commitment to providing a learning environment free \u200bfrom divisive \u200cideologies and states that submissions could lead to civil rights investigations\u200d into \u200dspecific\u2064 schools or \u200ddistricts. This\u200b initiative is seen as part \u200dof \u200da broader movement\u2064 to address concerns over educational practices that some perceive as indoctrination. portal for parents, students, and teachers to report diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) discrimination to the federal government.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/enddei.ed.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EndDEI portal<\/a> users are asked to name their school or school district, its zip code, and provide up to 450 words to &ldquo;describe in as much detail possible&rdquo; any potential discrimination going on.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2 d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-704025415\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1463670073398-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&ldquo;The U.S. Department of Education is committed to ensuring all students have access to meaningful learning free of divisive ideologies and indoctrination,&rdquo; the portal website states. &ldquo;This submission form is an outlet for students, parents, teachers, and the broader community to report illegal discriminatory practices at institutions of learning.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The &ldquo;community submissions&rdquo; will then be used as possible foundations to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fncs-benson-biden-wont-investigate-blue-states-for-school-mask-policies-like-he-did-with-red-states-its-politicized-science\/\" title=\"FNC&#039;s Benson: Biden Won&#039;t Investigate Blue States for ... Mask Policies Like He Did with Red States, It&#039;s &#039;Politicized Science&#039;\">launch civil rights investigations<\/a> into the school or school district.<\/p>\n<p>EndDEI will turn the massive parents&rsquo; rights, anti-DEI, and anti-indoctrination movements of the past several years into a national whistleblower campaign to weed out discriminatory practices in public education. It also says the Education Department &ldquo;will maintain the confidentiality of these submissions to the fullest extent permitted by law.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The portal comes after the Education Department has been quick to launch investigations into potentially discriminatory school districts, some of which violate Title IX civil rights protections based on gender, and others that violate civil rights based on race.<\/p>\n<p>As The Federalist <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/02\/19\/trump-administration-vows-to-fight-any-schools-that-defy-order-to-end-dei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>, the Trump administration plans on going after any school district that refuses to comply with its executive orders and guidance on routing out DEI, or face losing federal funding.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;For years, parents have been begging schools to focus on teaching their kids practical skills like reading, writing, and math, instead of pushing critical theory, rogue sex education and divisive ideologies &mdash; but their concerns have been brushed off, mocked, or shut down entirely,&rdquo; Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ed.gov\/about\/news\/press-release\/us-department-of-education-launches-end-dei-portal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a> in the department&rsquo;s press release.&nbsp;&ldquo;Parents, now is the time that you share the receipts of the betrayal that has happened in our public schools. This webpage demonstrates that President Trump&rsquo;s Department of Education is putting power back in the hands of parents.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In recent weeks, the Education Department has also launched Title IX investigations into the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/02\/21\/education-department-launches-investigation-into-maine-after-trump-slams-governor-over-boys-in-girls-sports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">entire state of Maine<\/a>, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/02\/14\/education-department-launches-investigation-into-5-virginia-school-districts-for-allowing-boys-in-girls-bathrooms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">five Virginia school districts<\/a> for a variety of gender theory-based policies like allowing boys to play in girls sports, or allowing them in girls&rsquo; private facilities, so long as they &ldquo;identify&rdquo; as a different gender.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n<div class=\"article-author-description fst-italic\">      Breccan F.
