Acting Solicitor \u200cGeneral sarah Harris\u2062 sought the \u2062Court&#8217;s help to overturn a\u200c decision by U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson that allows Dellinger to remain in his position while a\u2062 final decision is made. The Justice Department is pushing for Dellinger&#8217;s immediate removal following his lawsuit against the administration after being fired.
