If you don&rsquo;t like it, resign &hellip; They gave you the opportunity to. Find another job. I mean,&hellip; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/snbvuUh56v\">pic.twitter.com\/snbvuUh56v<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Jason Cohen (@JasonJournoDC) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JasonJournoDC\/status\/1894451317562904601?\">February 25, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p> <script type=\"text\/javascript\"> \t\t\tif ( getCookie( \"ff_subbed\" ) ) { \t\t\t\tdocument.getElementById(\"stnvideo\").remove() \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The call came to &ldquo;The Breakfast Club,&rdquo; a national show hosted by broadcasting veteran (and <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/blogs\/in-the-know\/4786860-charlamagne-kamala-harris-endorsement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kamala Harris supporter<\/a>) Lenard Larry McKelvey &mdash; better known by the annoyingly blasphemous professional identity &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ridiculous-view-hosts-get-slapped-reality-biden-didnt-take\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charlemagne tha God<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Given the generally anonymous nature of talk radio programming, it&rsquo;s impossible to know if the woman actually is a federal employee &mdash; but if she&rsquo;s not, Americans should wish she was.<\/p>\n<p>And if she is, Americans should wish there were <a href=\"https:\/\/usafacts.org\/articles\/how-many-people-work-for-the-federal-government\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3 million more<\/a> like her.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I got the  and I honestly feel like this is a great opportunity to outline what you as an employee bring to the company, you know, bring to the federal government,&rdquo; she said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;And if it&rsquo;s really good, what you outline, they could give you an opportunity to get a promotion or something.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>(A transcript of the show is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iheart.com\/podcast\/51-the-breakfast-club-24992238\/episode\/full-show-tory-lanez-raps-during-268956731\/#transcription\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">available here<\/a>. Be warned, though, it&rsquo;s clearly computer generated, and not exactly perfect.)<\/p>\n<p>She also poured scorn on employees who are complaining.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;God forbid they ask you what you&rsquo;ve done. Any other job, they&rsquo;ll ask you at the end of the week, at the end of the month [what you&rsquo;ve done].&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>And she also made a point of noting the partisan breakdown of the whiners.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s a Democratic thing,&rdquo; she said. &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t want to get the parties into it, but they don&rsquo;t want to go to work. They want to work from home. People are not working from home.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You know, this is what you signed up for. If you don&rsquo;t like it, resign.&rdquo;&lsquo;<\/p>\n<p>Then, she said, it&rsquo;s time to &ldquo;find another job.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s not that hard,&rdquo; she said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You&rsquo;re complaining about actually working. Buildings are constructed, groceries get delivered, diners are fed &mdash; the examples are infinite.<\/p>\n<p>But even when the accomplishments are less obvious, they&rsquo;re not all that hard to explain. Clients are satisfied, books are balanced (the &ldquo;Breakfast Club&rdquo; caller said she used to be a bookkeeper), insurance claims are processed &mdash; again, the examples are infinite.<\/p>\n<p>And it would be a rare worker in the private sector who would consider even being questioned about a week&rsquo;s worth of accomplishments to be some kind of attack.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/doges-government-work-recalls-clinton-administrations-rego-initiative-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"DOGE\u2019s government work re...s Clinton administration\u2019s REGO initiative - Washington Examiner\">federal government employment<\/a>, though, cushioned from the real world of work, it&rsquo;s apparently a different story &mdash; or at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fired-feds-given-mere-minutes-clear-government-building-trump-musk-crack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">least it was<\/a>, until President Donald Trump brought on Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency.
