Doctors prefer I rest a little longer before returning to DC, so I do not know exactly when that will happen. It will be day to day this week, but I am ready to return quickly if events require it,&rdquo; Cramer said on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The North Dakota senator <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SenatorKevinCramer\/posts\/1229456641876672\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"posted\">posted<\/a> pictures of blood on the ice and the injury to his head alongside the statement.<\/p>\n<p>He followed up with a post on Tuesday, saying he was out of the hospital but still resting at home with his wife, Kris.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I&rsquo;m happy to be recovering at home with a bottle of Kepra (anti-seizure medicine) and Kris. The head still hurts a bit, but I sleep a lot. Thank you to all of the folks praying for a full recovery. God is good!&rdquo; Cramer said Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>President Donald Trump wished Cramer a speedy recovery, calling the accident a &ldquo;close call.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Our Great Senator from North Dakota, Senator Kevin Cramer, just recently slipped on ice, and hit his head, causing quite an injury. He is now resting comfortably, but went through a lot.
