Cross 31 Left, hold short Runway 31 Center.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The Southwest pilot saw the situation unfolding and informed the tower he was going around.<\/p>\n<p>The controller responded, &ldquo;West 2504, uh, Roger that.
