Andy Ogles (@RepOgles) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepOgles\/status\/1894101950377201989?\">February 24, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Ogles was referencing a Feb. 11 Bates decision that, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/regulation\/court-battles\/5138505-judge-trump-administration-federal-health-agencies-data-restoration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Hill<\/a>, ordered federal agencies to restore datasets to websites that had been ordered removed to align with the Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-signs-executive-order-banning-federal-funding-child-sex-changes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">administration&rsquo;s policies<\/a>&nbsp;on sex and gender.<\/p>\n<p>The Trump administration complied with Bates&rsquo; decision, but in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/federal-judge-orders-trump-executive-action-reversed-transgender-webpages-restored\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">way that disavowed<\/a> any of the information being presented.<\/p>\n<p>The order is due to expire Tuesday, Feb. 25. The group Doctors for America wants it to be made permanent, according to The Hill. The Trump administration wants it to expire.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever happens,&nbsp; Ogles wants Bates to face consequences for his ruling.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Requiring taxpayer funds to disseminate information endorsing the castration of children is repugnant,&rdquo; Ogles said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/ogles.house.gov\/media\/press-releases\/icymi-rep-ogles-files-articles-impeachment-against-radical-activist-judge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news release<\/a> published to his congressional website.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;D.C. U.S. District Court Judge John Bates&rsquo;s order demonstrates a purposeful disregard for President Trump&rsquo;s authority, serial incompetence, and blatant weaponization of his bench.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;In short, Judge Bates joins the ranks of hundreds of political activists disobeying their oaths to score political points.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>And he said it&rsquo;s a case for impeachment.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The continued socialization of this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/impeachment-articles-filed-judge-illegally-trying-to-stop-trump-finally-meets-accountability\/\" title=\"... ... America&rsquo;s founders gave Congress the authority to impeach judges to defend the will of the people. My articles will do just that.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It is unacceptable for rogue judges to implicate taxpayers in woke LGBTQ propaganda and the irreversible destruction of children&rsquo;s bodies.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Bates &mdash; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dcd.uscourts.gov\/content\/senior-judge-john-d-bates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">who was appointed<\/a> in 2001 by then-President George W.
