A jury found Giuliani liable for defamation in 2023, but the attorney continued to make allegations against Freeman and Moss and had been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3283681\/judge-threatens-jail-time-after-giuliani-found-in-contempt-second-time\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"held in contempt twice\">held in contempt twice<\/a> since January.<\/p>\n<p>Giuliani was ordered to give up his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3199171\/rudy-giuliani-ordered-give-apartment-luxury-items-georgia-election-workers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"prized sports memorabilia\">prized sports memorabilia<\/a>, furniture, jewelry, and other valuables to pay the workers.
