Briefing in Pennsylvania Lawsuit to Flip the Election\">lower court&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s decision to reinstall Dellinger, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/regulation\/court-battles\/5158614-supreme-court-trump-hampton-dellinger-appeal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Hill<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dellinger, a Biden appointee, leads the Office of Special Counsel.<\/p>\n<p>He is in charge of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/report-pam-bondi-notices-offensive-problem-wall-doj-office-instantly-takes-matters-hands\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prosecuting<\/a> misconduct and safeguarding whistleblowers.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court &ldquo;held in abeyance&rdquo; according to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/supreme-court\/supreme-court-maintains-pause-trump-bid-immediately-fire-watchdog-agen-rcna192643\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NBC News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Trump has attempted to fire several federal employees in the first month of his new administration.<\/p>\n<p>Members of his team have voiced frustration about federal judges blocking their efforts to fire workers, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/republicans-fight-bidens-overseas-abortion-order\/\" title=\"Republicans Fight Biden\u2019s Overseas Abortion Order\">block federal funds<\/a> while handling waste and fraud, and dismantle certain agencies like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/usaid-scandal-means-everday-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USAID<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The administration will likely face many more lawsuits like the one from Dellinger, who challenged his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-delivers-crushing-blow-biden-era-us-attorneys-must-clean-house-immediately\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">firing<\/a> after Trump dismissed him on Feb. 7, according to The Hill.<\/p>\n<p>Acting Solicitor General Sarah Harris contended that the judge who granted a temporary order reinstating Dellinger was violating the principle of the separation of powers.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;When a district court crosses a constitutional red line and purports to bar the President from replacing an agency head he does not want to entrust with executive power &mdash; potentially for up to a month &mdash; this Court can and should intervene,&rdquo; she wrote in a filing with the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>But Joshua Matz, an attorney for Dellinger, claimed that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/supreme-court-justice-ketanji-brown-jackson-appear-feminist-broadway-show\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Supreme Court<\/a> does not have jurisdiction at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;That rule protects core judicial interests in orderly administration and sound deliberation; it also <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">avoids needless inter-branch conflict<\/a> and premature escalation of politically fraught disputes,&rdquo; Matz said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;But as evidenced by this very case &mdash;
