So you&lsquo;re going to have&nbsp;to ask him for clarification,&rdquo; Jeffries said. &ldquo;We are not losing in court. We are actually winning in court. The Trump administration is losing. We are partnering on at least 79 different lawsuits that have been brought related to about 35 different illegal or unconstitutional executive orders.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 100%; max-width: 640px; max-height: 360px; min-width: 320px; min-height: 180px; overflow: hidden;\">\n<div style=\"position: relative; width: 100%; padding-top: 56.25%;\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/share.grabien.com\/share.php?id=2812048&amp;userid=11311&amp;loginid=10455&amp;playercolor=%23000000&amp;playersize=auto&amp;code=ef5c16528e54abd6b29507a68fb0c86f\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; height: 100%; border: 0px;\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>When Tapper pointed to an approval rating among congressional Democratic members hovering around 20%, Jeffries dismissed the polling and instead pointed to the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">recently passed budget reconciliation bill<\/a>, saying, &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/House-Republicans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">House Republicans<\/a> are now being held accountable for the extreme positions connected to this reckless Republican budget.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Among the lawsuits, one of the successes of Trump&rsquo;s opponents is their litigation against the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/lefty-journos-melt-down-over-trumps-2nd-inauguration\/\" title=\"Lefty Journos Melt Down Over ...&#039;s 2nd Inauguration\">executive order ending birthright citizenship<\/a>.
