Kelly specifically addressed \u200cLively&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/congress-has-officially-gone-gender-crazy\/\" title=\"Congress Has Officially Gone Gender Crazy\">legal dispute<\/a> with actor Justin Baldoni over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-york-ag-calls-for-investigation-into-cuomo-harassment-claims-with-subpoena-power\/\" title=\"New York AG Calls For Investigation Into Cuomo Harassment Claims With Subpoena Power\">sexual harassment allegations made<\/a> during the filming of their movie\u200b &#8220;it Ends With Us.&#8221; Kelly questioned Lively&#8217;s claims and \u200bcompared her to Amber Heard, suggesting that Lively is seeking attention through her legal battles. <\/p>\n<p>Baldoni, who has countersued Lively for $400 million, had\u2062 a legal\u200b representative who previously defended Kelly during her own controversies with NBC \u2063News. Kelly\u2063 also criticized Democrats, accusing them of\u200b being \u200dcontrolling elites who intimidate those with less power. she referenced the case of Daniel Penny,a Marine \u200bveteran acquitted in a manslaughter case related to the death of Jordan Neely,and condemned \u200bthe Manhattan District Attorney&#8217;s actions against him. He hired the lawyer who represented me in my fight with NBC News, which ended well,&rdquo; Kelly said to applause. &ldquo;&hellip; Bryan Fredman knows how to fight back against a bully. Trust me.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The speech was a departure from most speakers who focused on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/obama-era-ag-urges-democrats-to-pack-supreme-court-accuses-u-s-judicial-system-of-conservative-bias\/\" title=\"Obama-era AG urges ... to pack Supreme Court, accuses U.S. judicial system of \u2018conservative bias\u2019\">political issues<\/a>, including praising President Donald Trump&rsquo;s one-month administration, discussing the Russia-Ukraine war, and pushing for the full release of hostages in Hamas&rsquo;s power. <\/p>\n<p>Kelly also aimed her attacks against Democrats, branding them as controlling elites targeting people with less power. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You&rsquo;ve been bullied or seen others with lesser power, bullied by the media and the leftist Democrats,&rdquo; she told the CPAC crowd. &ldquo;You have been a victim of overbearing and controlling leftists who think they are the final arbiters of what&rsquo;s best for you and your life.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>The former Fox News host pointed to Daniel Penny, the U.S. Marine veteran who was acquitted of manslaughter in the aftermath of Jordan Neely&rsquo;s death.<\/p>\n<p>Penny&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3254304\/daniel-penny-acquitted-in-subway-death-of-jordan-neely\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">legal battle<\/a> stemmed from placing Jordan Neely, a 30-year-old <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">mentally ill homeless man<\/a>, into a chokehold for about six minutes in May 2023, resulting in his death.<\/p>\n<p>Kelly slammed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as an &ldquo;insane crank&rdquo;
