After all, DEI rests on the same ideological foundation as Marxism.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-new-acting-attorney-general-jeff-rosen-recently-wrote-an-essay-on-foreign-influence-in-us-elections-this-tells-us-a-little-about-his-knowledge-of-whats-going-on-today\/\" title=\"The New Acting Attorney General Jeff Rosen Recently Wrote an Essay on Foreign Influence in US Elections \u2013 This Tells Us A Little About His Knowledge of What\u2019s Going On Today\">social media platform<\/a> X, the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">prominent conservative account &#038;ldquo<\/a>;End Wokeness&rdquo; posted a disturbing pair of older tweets from Endeavor Air suggesting that the operator prioritized all-female crews.<\/p>\n<p>Endeavor Air was the operator of the Delta Connection flight 4819, which suffered a harrowing but non-fatal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/stunning-footage-delta-plane-ends-completely-upside-crash-landing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">crash<\/a> Monday when one of its passenger jets lost a wing, erupted in flames and rolled upside down after landing on a Canadian runway.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We&rsquo;re committed to delivering more &lsquo;unmanned&rsquo; flights like these,&rdquo; a 2017 Endeavor Air read. A photo of four women, two of whom appeared to be dressed as pilot and co-pilot, accompanied the tweet.<\/p>\n<p> <script type=\"text\/javascript\"> \t\t\tif ( getCookie( \"ff_subbed\" ) ) { \t\t\t\tdocument.getElementById(\"stnvideo\").remove() \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>Likewise, a similar and photo from 2022 showed another &ldquo;unmanned flight&rdquo; featuring four women.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;End Wokeness,&rdquo; which has more than 3.5 million followers on X, d screen shots of the two older tweets in conjunction with a previous post that showed an undated Endeavor Air TikTok video designed &mdash; surprise, surprise &mdash; to appeal to women.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/u-s-navy-pushes-transgender-pronouns-while-allowing-massive-war-preparedness-gaps\/\" title=\"U.S. Navy Pushes Transgender Pronouns While Allowing Massive War-Preparedness Gaps\">cringe-worthy video<\/a> even featured three female employees bobbing their heads to upbeat music while sporting the cloth masks of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/covid-mask-wearing-pizza-girl-arrested-stabbing-pregnant-woman-14-times-small-tip-police\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COVID<\/a> cult.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">WTH is going on at Endeavor Air?! <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/jQRx8T0I9Z\">https:\/\/t.co\/jQRx8T0I9Z<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/LpX5RYB7vU\">pic.twitter.com\/LpX5RYB7vU<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; End Wokeness (@EndWokeness) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EndWokeness\/status\/1892090162714182050?\">February 19, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>In related news, on the very day of the crash, Forbes published an article that quoted Peter Carter, the executive vice president for external affairs at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hours-crash-delta-vp-quoted-defying-dei-rollback-insisting-dei-critical-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Delta<\/a>, as saying that the airline would not reexamine its commitment to DEI.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, none of this means that DEI policies necessarily contributed to Monday&rsquo;s crash at Toronto Pearson International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, no one can doubt that a broader problem exists and that some airlines seem preoccupied with everything except merit.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Tons of pilots reaching out to me with DEI concerns. One simply cannot adopt those priorities without de-emphasizing competence.<\/p>\n<p>The sad irony, of course, is that no one suffers more from this than the competent women that Delta, Endeavor Air, and other airlines have hired in recent years. They deserve their positions. But they come under scrutiny because the public rightly wonders whether they got their jobs for reasons unrelated to performance.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, those women have no way of alleviating that suspicion. Every flight brings a fresh group of passengers who, if they know about the airline&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/flashback-painful-video-bidens-dei-pick-lead-faa-unable-answer-aviation-questions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DEI<\/a> obsession, cannot help having concerns.<\/p>\n<p>When airlines recruit and hire women based on competence, such concerns vanish. But when they hire women based even in the smallest degree upon chromosomes, they bring scrutiny upon themselves.<\/p>\n<p>If Endeavor Air did not actively prioritize all-female crews, it at least celebrated them. And that is a distinction without a difference.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, the entire DEI regime rests on a political foundation<\/p>\n<p>For instance, if you want to know the extent to which the modern DEI obsession amounts to a grand conspiracy of interest among liberal Democrats who seek and wield power by sorting human beings into identity-based groups and then exploiting the feelings of resentment that often accompany tribal-type grievances, consider Democrats&rsquo; lockstep resistance to President Donald Trump&rsquo;s most important Cabinet nominees, including Director of National Intelligence <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-senate-confirms-tulsi-gabbard-director-national-intelligence-lone-republican-votes-no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tulsi Gabbard<\/a>, who has Samoan ancestry through her father, and FBI Director nominee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-adam-schiff-becomes-agitated-kash-patel-refuses-play-along-confirmation-hearing-stunt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kash Patel<\/a>, whose parents emigrated from India.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats never argued that sex, skin color, or ethnicity should work in favor of Gabbard or Patel.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, DEI represents nothing more than re-branded Marxism. Instead of class interests, the DEI regime purports to advance the interests of people who happen to  physical characteristics. The regime&rsquo;s agents do this for the sake of building a base of support that will help them acquire power.<\/p>\n<p>We cannot ignore DEI&rsquo;s Marxist parallels.
