Currently, she is only being charged with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pair-of-spring-breakers-in-fla-charged-over-suspected-rape-of-woman-found-dead-in-hotel-room\/\" title=\"Pair of spring breakers in Fla. charged over suspected rape of woman found dead in ... room\">credit card fraud<\/a> as police are still working to determine if Manzano was drugged and if Colbert can be tied to his death.<\/p>\n<p>With a moniker like the &ldquo;Bourbon Street Hustler,&rdquo; one would assume that Colbert has a notorious past.<\/p>\n<p>One would assume correct.<\/p>\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/us-news\/danette-colbert-adan-manzano-death-telemundo-fraud-drugging-rcna192117\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NBC<\/a> reported, multiple men have come forward to accuse Colbert of drugging and conning them.<\/p>\n<p>But, perhaps most ominously, those men have claimed that Colbert&nbsp;<em>should&nbsp;<\/em>have been on local police radar for some time now.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;A second man, Eric Maul, told NBC News he also believes he was targeted by Colbert while she allegedly posed as an Uber driver in the French Quarter,&rdquo; the outlet reported. &ldquo;He did not know who was responsible when he filed a report with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/new-orleans-police-find-assistant-da-dead-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New Orleans police<\/a>&nbsp;one day after his phone was taken in 2021 and thousands of dollars were stolen from accounts linked to the device, he said in an interview, but didn&rsquo;t hear anything more from police.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The lack of response, Maul said, made him believe &lsquo;they didn&rsquo;t do anything.&rsquo;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>New Orleans police have denied this insinuation.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/02\/15\/us-news\/bourbon-street-hustler-may-have-left-trail-of-victims-sources\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Post<\/a> went so far as to suggest that Colbert may very well have left a &ldquo;trail of victims,&rdquo; including at least one other death apart from Manzano&rsquo;s.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwltv.com\/article\/news\/crime\/crime-kc-reporter-death-suspect-court-appearance-nfl-super-bowl-kenner-louisiana-jefferson-parish-sports\/289-d6cc9b83-af80-4300-8a5c-49486f71feba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WWL-TV<\/a>, Colbert is currently in custody and recently had her hearing rescheduled for this coming Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>While she awaits her day in court, the Manzano family is trying to move forward and have started a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/ayudanos-a-darle-el-ultimo-adios-a-adan-manzano-aguilar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GoFundMe<\/a> to help cover various funeral costs.<\/p>\n<p>Manzano is survived by a young daughter &mdash;
