of Fox, so to speak.<\/p>\n<p>Both host wildly popular podcasts with <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TuckerCarlson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">millions<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCzJXNzqz6VMHSNInQt_7q6w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">subscribers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Red Seat Ventures &mdash; provides a range of services for its talent, from billing and payroll to production support, the company said,&rdquo; according to the Post.<\/p>\n<p>Other Red Seat clients include former New York Times journalist Bari Weiss, Dr. Phil McGraw, and former Fox News host Bill O&rsquo;Reilly.<\/p>\n<p> <script type=\"text\/javascript\"> \t\t\tif ( getCookie( \"ff_subbed\" ) ) { \t\t\t\tdocument.getElementById(\"stnvideo\").remove() \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>The Post noted that Carlson, Kelly, and O&rsquo;Reilly will not be employed by Fox&rsquo;s Tubi Media Group, the division that oversees its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/no-more-ricky-ratings-for-woke-golden-globes-crash-spectacularly\/\" title=\"No More Ricky: Ratings For Woke Golden Globes Crash Spectacularly\">video streaming services<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Red Seat Ventures will continue to operate independently, according to a Monday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxcorporation.com\/news\/corp-press-releases\/2025\/fox-corporation-acquires-red-seat-ventures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news release<\/a> from Fox Corp.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The creator economy is one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">fastest growing media categories worldwide<\/a> by measure of reach and influence, and consumers are increasingly looking to get their information, insights and entertainment directly from the voices and brands they trust across these platforms,&rdquo; Tubi Media Group CEO Paul Cheesbrough said.<\/p>\n<p>Chris Balfe, CEO, Red Seat Ventures said, &ldquo;From the beginning, Red Seat Ventures has had the opportunity to work with some of the most influential creators in the world to grow their new media businesses and develop their personal brands.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;In aligning with Fox, we will be able to build upon that investment and expand the services we provide to our creators, while continuing to maintain the independence and integrity of their brands, which is truly the best-case scenario,&rdquo; he added.<\/p>\n<p>The news release said, &ldquo;Across their 17 creator-led shows, Red Seat Ventures properties cumulatively drove over 200 million monthly active views in November 2024 and exists as a Top 10 podcast network in the US in terms of scale and reach.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fox-news-humiliates-cnn-msnbc-beats-among-democrats-whopping-margin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a> fired Carlson in April 2023, without stating a reason why.<\/p>\n<p>Journalist and author Chadwick Moore, who appeared on Carlson&rsquo;s final episode on Fox, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/final-guest-tucker-carlson-tonight-announces-will-releasing-something-big-ex-fox-news-host\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> at the time that the host&rsquo;s ouster was allegedly part of a settlement agreement the network reached with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/solomon-actually-won-dominion-voting-systems-fox-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dominion Voting Systems<\/a> days before. Both Fox and Dominion denied the allegation.<\/p>\n<p>Fox News&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/tucker-carlson-getting-last-laugh-exactly-fox-news-couldnt-afford-lose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced<\/a> Carlson&rsquo;s removal from the air on Monday, April 24, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2023\/tv\/news\/tucker-carlson-fox-news-exit-dhttps:\/\/variety.com\/2023\/tv\/news\/tucker-carlson-fox-news-exit-dominion-lawsuit-twitter-show-1235613404\/ominion-lawsuit-twitter-show-1235613404\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Variety<\/a> reported that Carlson spoke with one of Fox Corporation&rsquo;s eight board members two days later, and he was told his firing was a condition of Fox News&rsquo; settlement with Dominion, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the conversation.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The unnamed board member told Carlson that the condition does not appear in any of the settlement&rsquo;s documents, and instead was a verbal agreement.
