Jamie Raskin of Maryland for wasting her time with a diatribe against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-elons-son-4-steals-show-oval-office-hilarious-routine-dad-trump-save-america\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elon Musk<\/a>, owner of the social media platform X and head of President Donald Trump&rsquo;s Department of Government Efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I want to say, then, why did you have me here?&rdquo; Wade asked in a clip posted to X.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the clip, Raskin had denounced Musk as a &ldquo;fourth branch of government.&rdquo; Thus, Wade rightfully wondered why the congressman would obsess over Musk during a hearing focused on regulation.<\/p>\n<p> <script type=\"text\/javascript\"> \t\t\tif ( getCookie( \"ff_subbed\" ) ) { \t\t\t\tdocument.getElementById(\"stnvideo\").remove() \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;As an entrepreneur, my time is valuable,&rdquo; she added. &ldquo;I came here because I thought we were going to talk about the regulatory state and why it matters.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, Wade had prepared a <a href=\"https:\/\/judiciary.house.gov\/sites\/evo-subsites\/republicans-judiciary.house.gov\/files\/evo-media-document\/Wade%20Testimony.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">written statement<\/a> of her proposed testimony.<\/p>\n<p>In that statement, she called for &ldquo;a sense of urgency regarding the need for streamlined regulatory and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wisconsin-supreme-court-set-to-hear-appeal-of-court-decision-that-absentee-ballot-drop-boxes-are-illegal\/\" title=\"Wisconsin Supreme Court Set to Hear Appeal of Court Decision that Absentee Ballot Drop Boxes Are Illegal\">administrative rules<\/a> for business.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/elizabeth-warren-calls-on-sec-to-investigate-potential-market-manipulation-cautions-against-internet-trading-schemes-a-flash-mob-with-money\/\" title=\"Elizabeth Warren Calls On SEC To Investigate Potential \u2018Market Manipulation,\u2019 Cautions Against \u2018Internet Trading Schemes,\u2019 \u2018A Flash Mob With Money\u2019\">expressed deep concern<\/a> for African and especially American prosperity.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;As an immigrant, I love the U.S. more than anywhere in the world. It is critically important to me that the U.S. remain a prosperous global leader in innovation. As I work to transform Africa into a region of prosperity and innovation by means of creating the best business environment in the world, I demand that my adopted country keep up!&rdquo; she concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Nowhere in that written statement did she mention <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/elon-fema-just-defied-trump-sent-59-million-nyc-luxury-hotels-illegals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Musk<\/a>. Hence her exasperation with Raskin.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;So you need to make up your mind on that. And I&rsquo;m deeply offended by what you said there,&rdquo; Wade told the Democrat congressman during her oral testimony.<\/p>\n<p>Moments later, she delivered more music to conservatives&rsquo; ears.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;My continent, Africa, is the poorest region in the world today because it happens to be the most over-regulated region in the world,&rdquo; Wade said.<\/p>\n<p>How dare she bother Raskin with the actual purpose of the hearing!<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">HOLY MOLY!!! Magatte Wade dropped a nuke on Jamie Raskin at the House Judiciary hearing when he went off-topic to attack Elon Musk.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;As an entrepreneur, my time is valuable. Raskin used phrases like &ldquo;bodyguards for everybody&rdquo; and &ldquo;civil-war conditions.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Then, last month, he floated the equally absurd and dangerous theory that Trump had pardoned those persecuted on account of the Capitol incursion of Jan. 6, 2021, because, in the congressman&rsquo;s words, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/i-was-so-disgusted-father-of-parkland-victim-rips-biden-for-using-anniversary-of-massacre-to-push-gun-control\/\" title=\"\u2018I Was So Disgusted\u2019: Father Of Parkland Victim Rips Biden For Using Anniversary Of Massacre To Push Gun Control\">president wanted<\/a> a &ldquo;reserve army of political foot soldiers.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In other words, Raskin belongs in a mental institution. (Then again, Democrats control nearly half of Congress, so he already inhabits something resembling one.)<\/p>\n<p>Of course, the most delicious part of Wade&rsquo;s testimony is that it came from a black woman. By Democrats&rsquo; own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/tone-deaf-nfl-commissioner-doubles-dei-ahead-super-bowl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DEI<\/a>-obsessed rules, therefore, Raskin could not retaliate against her. He had to sit there and take it.<\/p>\n<p>Above all, the brilliant-sounding Wade knows Raskin&rsquo;s kind. She hails from Africa, so she recognizes a tyrant when she sees one.<\/p>\n<p>In sum, Americans found a new hero on Wednesday. Now, perhaps, Musk&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/doge-investigate-bureaucrats-become-wealthy-positions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DOGE<\/a> might benefit from her services.
