Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), chairwoman of the DOGE\u200c subcommittee, \u2062criticized Democratic lawmakers for opposing the Department \u200cof\u200d Government Efficiency&#8217;s efforts,\u200b which she\u200c claims address significant issues that concern Americans, such as the national debt. Greene defended Elon Musk, the head of DOGE, during an appearance on Fox News, stating that his <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">investigations reveal longstanding fraud<\/a> \u2064and \u2063waste in government. Throughout the hearing, ranking member Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) and Reps. Robert Garcia (D-CA) and Greg Casar (D-TX) criticized DOGE head Elon Musk. Greene appeared on Fox News&rsquo;s <em>Hannity<\/em> hours after the hearing to defend him.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Elon Musk is giving our entire country an inside look at the actual fraud, waste, abuse that&rsquo;s been going on for decades. And Americans are cheering and cheering. While a lawsuit attempting to keep DOGE out of Labor Department data was dismissed, another U.S. district judge ruled against the department accessing the Treasury. DOGE launched its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3319063\/doge-website-goes-live\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">website<\/a> late Wednesday night.<\/p>\n<p>DOGE is examining the Education, Homeland Security, and Treasury departments and, most recently, NASA.
