We can disagree.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Listen to me, because you&rsquo;re not listening, and you&rsquo;re making claims that are not connected to the facts,&rdquo; Phillip continued in a berating tone.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Maybe you are,&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cnn-panelist-freaks-scott-jennings-tells-lawyer-nazi-rant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jennings<\/a> fired back.<\/p>\n<p>He then proved he was listening by restating her position that a district judge should be able to say, &ldquo;So while we litigate this, and I&rsquo;m a judge, and I&rsquo;m in charge of the executive branch and you&rsquo;re not?&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Forget it. I totally disagree,&rdquo; Jennings said.<\/p>\n<p>Jennings certainly did not deserve the treatment Phillip gave him.<\/p>\n<p>Who knows? Maybe she thinks she&rsquo;s intellectually superior to Jennings as a <a href=\"https:\/\/hcdc.clubs.harvard.edu\/article.html?aid=2035\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">graduate<\/a> of Harvard&rsquo;s Kennedy School of Government. But he is a former <a href=\"https:\/\/iop.harvard.edu\/fellows\/scott-jennings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fellow<\/a> there, as well as at the <a href=\"https:\/\/politics.uchicago.edu\/fellows\/former-fellows\/scott-jennings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University of Chicago<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Further, Jennings <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/not-entertained-cnn-contributor-cant-believe-trumps-latest-cabinet-pick-maga-picks-pile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">served<\/a> in public affairs positions in George W.
