Mbengue \u2062has been charged with computer trespass for making\u200c unauthorized\u2062 copies of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-energy-dept-wont-say-if-it-will-fire-cross-dresser-charged-with-felony-for-allegedly-stealing-ladys-luggage\/\" title=\"Biden Energy Dept. As\u200d of\u200d now, neither\u2064 individual has \u2063legal depiction.<\/p>\n<p>The fatal crash involved\u200c 60 passengers on american \u200cAirlines Flight 5342,\u200d four crew \u200dmembers, and three individuals aboard \u200dthe\u200c Black Hawk helicopter; all\u2063 are presumed dead. Authorities have managed to recover and identify 55 bodies, and efforts are ongoing to recover the remaining victims. CNN anchor Kate Bolduan said the footage &ldquo;appears to be surveillance video from the airport.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Employee Mohamed Lamine Mbengue, 21, was charged with computer trespass for &ldquo;making an unauthorized copy of Airports Authority records,&rdquo; according to authority spokeswoman Crystal Nosal. He was booked at Arlington County jail and released.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, a second employee, Jonathan Savoy, 45, was arrested and charged with computer trespass. He was also released.<\/p>\n<p>As of Monday night, no lawyer had entered an appearance for either man.<\/p>\n<p>Salvage crews began removing the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/sports\/3305896\/nancy-kerrigan-mourns-dc-plane-crash-victims-with-ties-to-her-skating-club\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">American Airlines plane<\/a>&nbsp;from the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/washington-dc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Potomac River<\/a>&nbsp;on Monday after it collided with a Black Hawk helicopter last week.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>All 60 passengers on American Airlines Flight 5342, the four crew members, and the three passengers of the Black Hawk Sikorsky H-60&nbsp;that collided with the plane are presumed dead. D.C.
