The judge&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courtlistener.com\/docket\/69578269\/moe-v-trump\/?order_by=desc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">decision<\/a> had not been posted on the docket as of 6:10 p.m. Eastern.<\/p>\n<p>Moe, a biologically male inmate who identifies as a woman, filed the lawsuit after the Bureau of Prisons relocated the inmate to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/transgender-inmate-sues-over-trump-order-on-biological-sex-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"Transgender inmate sues over Trump order on biological sex - Washington Examiner\">special housing unit pending transfer<\/a> to a men&rsquo;s facility.
