This legislation\u2064 must still be\u2062 approved by the Senate and signed by \u200cGovernor Kelly Armstrong \u200dto take affect. If enacted, residents would no longer have to \u2064adjust thier clocks twice a year, although the bill \u2063would not \u2063affect time zone operations. supporters argue\u2063 that \u2064it would <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-ten-best-foods-for-sleep\/\" title=\"The Ten Best Foods for Sleep\">improve sleep quality<\/a> and provide more daylight\u2063 for construction \u2062workers \u200cin winter \u2062mornings, improving safety.\u2064 However, some, like\u200b Republican\u200d state Rep. Kelly Armstrong (R-ND).<\/p>\n<p>If signed into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">law<\/a>, residents would no longer have to change their clocks twice a year. The legislation would have no effect on how time zones operate.<\/p>\n<p>The bill has garnered mixed reactions. Proponents say it will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/whats-the-difference-between-the-ivf-bills-senate-democrats-and-republicans-keep-fighting-about-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"What\u2019s the difference between the IVF bills Senate Democrats and Republicans keep fighting about? - Washington Examiner\">protect people&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s sleep hygiene and end disruptions caused by springing ahead or back an hour in time.<\/p>\n<p>Proponents, including Republican state Rep. Desiree Morton, also say that the bill would benefit construction workers in the winter months by giving them an extra hour of daylight to work in the morning. This would improve safety conditions so that construction workers would not have to work in the dark.<\/p>\n<p>However, Republican state Rep.
